TGIF Open Thread!

Hello, Destructoid! It's that wonderful time of the week! It's Friday!

Brazil is still pretty much losing the fight to COVID. In some places, the number of infections and deaths is quite similar to the first peak. And Bolsonaro came on TV saying how well Brazil is dealing with the pandemic and how good of a leader he is. Yay!

I started reading Wall Jumper: A Berlin Story by Peter Schneider, which follows an anonymous narrator as he explores the lives of people living on both sides of the Wall - and crossing the Wall - with a kind of good humour to the whole situation. Still reading The Dark Forest in case anyone is keeping a record.

Queen's Song of the Week: one of my favourites from last year, this comes from Soko's happiest and gayest (coincidence?) album. Jokes aside, it's a touching love letter to her wife for this new phase when they are together and with their newborn son.
