one more Shining Force, shall we? Again for the first in the Force series from 1992. One of the songs you cannot play the game without hearing it: The one from the girl with the file saving book:

The song could be explained by a blend of two songs. The first is, appropriately, the genre of lullabies with an example of one of its more famous representatives, the Wiegenlied by Johannes Brahms from 1868:

For the melodic sequence itself, there is a reminiscent sequence in the minuet in Mozarts quintet for clarinet KV 581 which also could explain the 3/4 time:
