TGIF Open Thread!

Annnnnd we're back baaabbyyyy! In two ways. Tried writing this like 5 different times today but the site was like, nah. Seems up and running now? So we good? Good. Also, me, Chrono is back after our lovely Queen took over for me last week since I was busy getting married!

It went really well! Other than being absolutely mentally/emotionally exhausted all week from the long buildup and then having to deal with 30 plus people and keep a smile plastered on my face the entire time, it went great! Can you tell I'm not a people person? Lol. It was a small wedding with around 30-35 close friends and family invited to our home. Shockingly, on the day, I was not nervous at all. Which was far from what I was expecting. No cold feet, no second guesses. I was calm, collected and confident the whole time while I waited for her to come out.

That was not the case when it came time to have our first dance. I'm no dancer and it definitely showed. I was embarrassed as hell but she loved it and that's all that matters haha We hired a very good Mexican food truck to cater/serve food afterwards in our backyard and the tacos were soooo damn good. They had a 50 people limit which sucked but that just meant everyone got seconds and we got some leftover food afterwards, so no complaints there.

But yeah, that happened and I'm now a married man. Never thought I'd see the day but here we are. We're now currently toying with ideas for the honeymoon which we hope to take in March or April of next year. Maldives? Bahamas? Costa Rica? Bora Bora? Who knows. We're excited for every potential option.
