What’s in the Dragon’s Dogma 2 Digital Deluxe Edition?

For $79.99, the Dragon’s Dogma 2 Digital Deluxe Edition includes in-game currency and several in-game bonuses. It has the game and the “A Boon for Adventurers – New Journey Pack,” which has:

  • Explorer’s Camping Kit
  • Dragon’s Dogma Music & Sound Collection
  • Harpysnare Smoke Beacons (which lure harpies)
  • Heartfelt Pendant
  • Ambivalent Rift Incense
  • Makeshift Gaol Key
  • Art of Metamorphosis
  • Wakestone
  • 1500 Rift Crystals

The majority of these items will help you in game. For example, the Makeshift Gaol key lets you escape dangerous situations, while a Wakestone brings the dead back to life.

Do you get anything for pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition?

Yes, you do. If you pre-order this game’s Digital Deluxe Edition, you’ll gain the Superior Weapons Quartet and the Ring of Assurance. Keep in mind, however, that these aren’t exclusive and can be found in-game later in the storyline.

Unfortunately, you can’t show off these items to friends online. Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a purely single-player experience. However, just like the first game, you can hire your friends’ pawns to help you on your quest. This will help the player as this levels up their pawns. It’s a win-win situation.

If you’re interested in getting Dragon’s Dogma 2 on PC, you might need to beef up your system. It requires 16GB of RAM and at least an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 at its recommended settings.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 releases on PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC on March 21, so you’ll have time to prepare your PC (or your wallet).
