Diablo 4 Season 3 is the Season of the Construct, but you don’t get to have your arcane robot buddy by your side right out of the gate. You’ll need to do some work on the seasonal questline before things really get underway.
Your Diablo 4 character can’t create the construct on their own. You’ll have to make your way to The Gatehall, where you’ll rescue Ayuzhan. He’ll explain the power of constructs, and he’ll help you power up a companion of your very own. From that point on, you’ll be able to customize your construct with Governing Stones and Tuning Stones that you can obtain throughout the season.
Under Malphas’ spell
Season 3 kicks off in Gea Kul, a town in the southwestern stretch of Kehjistan. The townspeople there have been hearing stories about hidden vaults in the desert full of untold riches, but the people who venture out to the vaults come back possessed by some mysterious demon. The seasonal questline will send you out to the Unearthed Vault in Kehjistan, and battling your way through its halls you’ll find Ayuzhan.
Long ago Ayuzhan worked alongside Zoltun Kulle to create a powerful arcane machine called the Loom. Before he disappeared Zoltun Kulle destroyed the Loom, but when Ayuzhan became possessed by the demon Malphas, he repaired it. Once you kill the demons and constructs guarding Ayuzhan, he’ll activate your arcane construct, and he’ll send you out looking for supplies that can help him make your construct even stronger.
