To play the game at 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second, the game’s publisher Ubisoft recommends the following:

  • Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit versions)
  • Processor AMD Ryzen5 1400 @ 3.2 GHz, Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.2 GHz, or better
  • RAM 8 GB (running dual-channel mode)
  • Video card AMD Radeon RX 480 (8 GB), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB), or better
  • Hard drive 40 GB available storage (SSD recommended)

Only 40GB of storage required is a refreshing change to bigger titles like Forza Motorsport, which hovers just above 100GB. If you want to play the game without issues, you should invest in an SSD hard drive if you haven’t already. Don’t get one that’s external, however: I made that mistake.

To play the game at the recommended requirements, which lets you play The Crew Motorfest at 60 frames per second with a 1080p resolution, you’ll need:

  • Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit versions)
  • Processor AMD Ryzen7 2700X @ 3.7 GHz, Intel Core i5-8400 @ 2.8 GHz, or better
  • RAM 8 GB (running dual-channel mode)
  • Video card AMD Radeon RX 5700XT (8 GB), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (6 GB), or better
  • Hard drive 40 GB available storage (SSD recommended)

Ubisoft, on its official support website, also suggests system requirements for 2K and 4K setups. For 1440p resolution at 60 frames per second, Ubisoft says you’ll need:

  • Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit version)
  • Processor AMD Ryzen5 3600 @ 3.60 GHz, Intel Core i5-10600K @ 4.10 GHz
  • RAM 16 GB (running dual-channel mode)
  • Video card AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (12 GB), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (8 GB)
  • Hard drive 40 GB available storage (SSD recommended)

For a 2160p 60 frames per second set-up, your system has to be beefy. You’ll require:

  • Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit version)
  • Processor AMD Ryzen5 3600X @ 3.80 GHz, Intel Core i5-11600K @ 3.90 GHz
  • RAM 16 GB (running dual-channel mode)
  • Video card AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT (20 GB), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 (24 GB)
  • Hard drive 40 GB available storage (SSD required)
