Endaira’s End Wind Chime Puzzle Solution in Remnant 2

Remnant 2 is positively brimming with secrets no matter which area players might find themselves in, but it’s Yaesha’s naturalistic, magical overworld that has proven to be particularly fruitful in this regard. The Endaira’s End dungeon, in particular, rolls several entirely unique puzzles that might not even appear in a given version of the region, and the Wind Chime puzzle, in particular, may prove troublesome for some players.

The good news, then, is that completing the Wind Chime puzzle in Endaira’s End is far, far easier than getting Remnant 2‘s admittedly awesome Plasma Cutter weapon, though it’s still a somewhat involved process that changes depending on whether you’re playing solo, or with a group of other Wanderers.

Endaira’s End Wind Chime Puzzle in Remnant 2

There are, admittedly, several layers of RNG present before even getting to the Wind Chime puzzle solution in Remnant 2‘s Endaira’s End dungeon. Firstly, players need to roll a version of the Yaesha world that has the Endaira’s End dungeon present on it in the first place, though if the dungeon is nowhere to be found, re-rolling Yaesha via Adventure Mode is a very easy way to go about finding it.

Secondly, Endaira’s End itself rolls multiple versions of its dungeoneering area. The Wind Chime puzzle is just one of several possible puzzles, and it may not even be present in your particular version of Endaira’s End. If that ends up being the case, Adventure Mode re-rolling is the way to go.

Recognizing the Wind Chime puzzle is easy, at least: players will quickly come across a wide open area with a huge stone pillar in the middle of a giant waterfall-framed courtyard. The pillar is the Wind Chime itself, of course.

Solving the Wind Chime Puzzle in Endaira’s End

After taking in the sights around the Wind Chime in Endaira’s End, players should go back to the entrance to the waterfall area. Using the Wind Chime as a bearing, go to the right side of the courtyard and look for a broken stone rail – there will be some platforms just underneath. Players should drop onto those platforms and use them to reach a nearby hole in the wall to discover a small hidden library. Inside, a book hinting at the puzzle’s solution on the centermost table.

Players may wish to take a screenshot of the first page of the aforementioned book, as it shows the exact order in which the four pressure plates in the Wind Chime should be stepped on. Each of the pressure plates corresponds to a particular symbol in the book, and simply standing on them in the correct order will raise a small pedestal to the left side of the courtyard entrance. On the pedestal is the reward: the Wind Hollow Circlet, which boosts the user’s reload speed by a neat 12%!

Solving the Wind Chime Puzzle in Remnant 2 with other Players

It’s worth pointing out that those who come across the Wind Chime puzzle in Endaira’s End while enjoying Remnant 2‘s co-op multiplayer must reference the second page of the puzzle solution book! The solution is much the same, but two players will need to stand on two different pressure plates at the same time to trigger each of the four needed sounds.
