There are a total of 32 UFC 5 trophies and achievements to earn. There are some easier trophies to gain like finishing a fight by ground and pound, but some are a little tougher to get. Here’s a full list of all of them!

- No Rizz (Gold) – Get your first UFC Contract in Career Mode
- You Have My Attention (Bronze) – Unlock a challenge during Fight Week
- Easy Work (Gold) – Unlock all challenges during a Fight Week
- Nerrrd (Silver) – Achieve an A Grade in a Training Drill in Career Mode
- Look At Me Now (Gold) – Become a ranked fighter in any UFC weightclass in Career Mode
- What Could Go Wrong? (Bronze) – Make picks for a Fight Week
- Position Over Submission (Bronze) – Release a Submission to advance your position
- Just Bleed (Bronze) – Have a Doctor enter the cage to check out a cut
- Spinning Shh… (Bronze) – Land a spinning attack on your opponent
- Headshot…Bang! (Bronze) – Knockout an opponent on the same side they are damaged on.

How to change the difficulty in UFC 5
If you’re struggling to get some of these trophies because of how complicated UFC 5 can be, you can tune down the difficulty. Head to “Settings” and then select “Gameplay.” Go right to the “AI behavior” tab and then switch the difficulty to Easy.
You can also alter your gameplay to Simple Controls under the “Gameplay” tab. However, you can’t use this in any of the online modes.
